Hi, can u please help me to check if my item is still at the airport or has it left China? My tracking number is RM218341164CN. The tracking update is still just stuck at 'sent to airline' since 4Nov, which is 2 weeks plus already. This is getting very frustrating! It's meant to be delivered to me within 7Nov-16Nov, but now it's already 19Nov and I need this item urgently before 21Nov. Please help. :( :( :(

the parcel should be in China waiting for airline space. You can not get it by Nov 21st. If your seller promised you of delivery before Nov 16, it should be his personal commitment and you should claim compensation from him. China Post never ever guarantees any customer of 16-days delivery.
