Hi all. I've ordered from China using Aliexpress an item that is supposed to have this tracking number RK182819004CN. When I put the number into any tracking page it shows me no results, I understand that the item is not shipped yet. The seller told me that the tracking number is correct and the parcel was sent on 26.01.2015. I cannot help feeling that they are lying because there should be some info about the package given the time passed. I would be really grateful if somebody with the resources could check so in case nothing was really sent I can start a dispute with the seller for being dishonest.

you can wait another 3 to 5 days. if still no result, it means your seller is lying and you need to open dispute and claim refund then.

Hi, I had a look at www,track-chinapost.com and your parcel does show on there as being in transit. hope this helps. I am having some issues too LOL.

By the way you can also put your tracking number into the NZ Post website tracking tool and it will show there too. :-)
