Hello

I ordered some Blu-ray movies (not pirated) from China and they were sent out last week by EMS. The tracking is EA310494175CN. My Chinese isn't that good, but have they been returned to sender because they didn't pass customs check?

I've never had this problem before. I actually have another package of Blu-ray movies coming from another seller that was sent around the same time, and that has arrived in Australia already.

Can anyone help?

the parcel should be ok. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows it has left China on Sep 20. you should get it in 2 to 3 weeks.

I was worried because Chinese tracking says the following:

2017-09-20 00:00:00.0 07:11:00 澳大利亚 悉尼 邮件正在安排运输
2017-09-20 00:00:00.0 07:11:00 澳大利亚 悉尼 邮件到达国际航站
2017-09-20 00:00:00.0 07:12:00 澳大利亚 悉尼 邮件到达国际航站
2017-09-21 00:00:00.0 09:03:26 广州市 到达处理中心,来自安检退回
2017-09-21 00:00:00.0 14:29:07 广州市 离开处理中心,发往广东省邮政速递物流国际业务营业部白云揽投站

You need call Australian Post and inquiry delivery detail.
