Post Extremely Slow Delivery

Hi, I ordered a package out of Hangzhou on 2/8/14 and it has sat in the same spot for over 2 months!!! Now 2 days ago it moved to Guangzhou. Am I likely to see this item any time soon, if at all??? Would it be wrong of me to ask for some sort of discount from the seller considering I have waited 70 days for a product for my business and it hasn't even left China yet!!!

Side note, I ordered another package on the same day and received that a month and a half ago!

RJ143736356CN was returned to Guangzhou. you can not receive it. open dispute to paypal /aliexpress asap.

I have waited over 2 months for something that was sitting at an airport!! Only to be told now it won't be delivered for an unknown reason??? Pathetic!
