I am following up the progress of this delivery to my daughter, Erin Mae Little, 12, who lives with her mother in Beijing, c/o her partner, Master Dieter Scharf who works for the Austria National Tourism Office in Beijing. According to Australia Post it was....

EJ250788303AU arrived Beijing on Jan 21. Now is holiday time, no postman is working. You might need call China Post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel or wait after Feb 3 when holiday finishes to get it delivered by China Post.

The parcel EJ250788303AU is still in China Post Beijing International Office. I believe you might need wait some more time. right now coronavirus outbreak has delayed many parcels. China government requires companies to keep close until Feb 10.

China logistic system now is total a mess caused by coronavirus. Companies are required to close office and workers are staying at home. Not sure when the society can be back to normal.

Right now you can not do anything but waiting.

I was confused by this message I received from Australia Post, and according to their tracking system it stated....

Would that be correct? My daughter indicates that she has not received it, but perhaps you have delivered to my mother's partner's address at the Austrian National Tourism Office in Beijing?

EJ250788303AU was delivered on Feb 25. Someone in the destination address signed the parcel for your daughter. If your daughter did not get her parcel, contact Postman 李田田，phone ：18519361312 for delivery detail.
