the postman phone number is +86-18519361312 if you call from outside, however, I don't think he can speak English. You'd better ask some Chinese friend to call him within China.

Postman name is 李田田(Li Tian Tian)，phone：18519361312. Unfortunately you can not get copy of the receipt. But it was definitely delivered by post office in 朝阳路区域甜水园, post office manager phone number 18519361772
