Post China Post operation hours during National Holiday

Hi everyone,

I ordered some products that we require for a trade show in Mid-October.
I thought they were being shipping by an international courier to Australia (DHL/UPS, etc); however, once I received the tracking number I realised they are being shipped by regular China Post (RI174702026CN).

The products reached Departure from outward office of exchange/Export customs scan last week and the status has not updated since. I am concerned that China Post will shut down tomorrow for the National Holiday and nothing will happen for weeks.

Has anyone had experience with China Post at this time of year? Or is there a contact number that I could speak with someone from China Post to get an idea of delivery times?

normally early Oct china national day holiday might delay parcel for about 10 days.

hello,
I ordered a package on aliexpress its been shipped on 26/09
but now the last status is still Departure from outward office of exchange since
2014.09.29 09:10 (GMT-7).
but when i track it with the belgian tracking system(bpost e tracker) it stands: 30/09/2014 08:02 Departure from international depot CNSHAA
When do you think i will get my package? tracking number RH060489189CN
Is my package already on the cargo plane to belguim?

I have exactly the same problem with my package BEroe... I'm also from Belgium and the status of my package is "departure from international depot" since the 27th september. Statut Référence client: RI159167745CN

The Tracking number is AG904461135CN.
I have tried tracking it online but for over 2 weeks now, it still has not changed and it hasn't arrived yet (it has been over 3 weeks in total!).

AG904461135CN should have some problem to catch flight to UK. you have to open a dispute and claim refund.

hi...ve nt bin able to track my goods. ..i bought some thgs and paid for...and ve still nt bin able to track them...anytime i try..it says item nt ...and it says item nt recieved by china post..this is d trackin number RB073745583CN.

So is there no chance of me receiving it now? Or will it just be a little late? Could it have anything to do with the recent holidays in China?
