Post Beijing Speed International return, note: security return

Was returned to airport twice because of "Beijing, Beijing Speed International return, note: security return" however on the second time there was a tracking update saying "Beijing, Import Customs Release" and then the package seems to be back on the way to the sender. There has been no tracking updates in 10 days, does this mean the package has been returned or is waiting to be resent?

EV908236625CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point for many times. Not sure reject reason. It was returned to Shipper's city Zhengzhou.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
