Post $3000 Worth of goods 24 days.....

Hi there,

I am just making an enquiry regarding: RH058849538CN this parcel of 10 items (laptops, phones, tablets) which were sent from Shanghai on the 23rd Sept. These items still haven't arrived in Australia.

We are a company and we have customers waiting on these products.

It has been over 3 weeks (24 days). These item's still haven't arrived in Australia. Please advise if there is a fee we can pay to speed this up.
Could I also get some details on this package, such as, weight and dimensions. These are not purchased from Ebay or AliExpress. These are direct from the manufacturer so please REPLY as soon as possible since we don't like to keep paying customers waiting.

you are scammed.

RH058849538CN is register airmail which max weight can not over 2 kilos. So I don't think the parcel has so many items as you mentioned.

In addition, the parcel can not pass safety check if it has battery item such as laptop,tablet,phones. You will never receive your order.

If you paid by paypal or credit card, you should file a charge back to your credit card company immediately.

You also need to cancel all orders of your customer.

Is there any way, that I could have the name and address of the person that sent this registered air mail? We used Western Union to pay this individual. That would be much appreciated, also where is the package associated with this tracking number?

You can not get the name and address of the parcel. It is very very dangerous to use Western Union to pay so much money. Now you can not do anything but pray God. Wish your are lucky enough to get your order.
