It stuck in "Received by the carrier" process a week.

I've searched in old topic. Somebody said it slow because now is Christmas rush season.

I don't know why the package is stuck in this process so long.

Could you help to check please?

Your parcel is waiting for the flight to Thailand, now is Xmas rush reason, it shoud be wait a long time for getting the airlines space, you need some patient.
