Hi for my order whose tracking no. is RJ162951454CN, it is showing ( Dispatching 31002400) from last 22 days. Can you please confirm by what time i'll get my parcel.

RJ162951454CN is still in Hangzhou waiting for export scan. If your parcel has no battery item, it will pass the scan in 2 weeks and then sent to airline. normally you should wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.
