Hi,

My parcel number: CP268327222CN.

Status update from these websites :

showing "Departure from outward office of exchange" as its status.

your faq section at: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=443

indicates most probably it has problem with the security check.

Can anyone help me on how to recover my items. It was a personal shipment (not any website was sending the items).

Any help in this regard would be much appreciated
