Hi,

I've been expecting a parcle with tracking ID "RL027179577CN" for nearly two months now. The parcel was shipped on 9th of August.
According to the tracking info, which has not been updated, the parcel is still in China.
Could you please provide me an update about the trasit status and why it is being delayed so much?

the parcel seems still stuck in china. you'd better open a dispute and claim refund.

Could you tell me how I can do that?

Will I get my parcel eventually after some time?

open dispute to the seller's market, ebay,paypal, aliexpress etc. NOT to china post. china post only accept claim from shipper who have shipping receipt.
