hello everyone ,

there are 2 tracking numbers :

RJ902822975CN
RS293316178CN

but items since last tracking never arrived and tracking expired , so can anyone explain why?
btw , i tried to contact china post feedback@.... but never received any reply
from China post and never get any update on tracking

can anyone help ?

1. I see that your parcel where sent on the 29 and 30 Nov from Beijing and Guangzhou. I would not be surprise that both parcel got stuck somewhere because of the Holiday Season. Both parcel by now should have arrive in your country.

2. You may consider the parcel either lost or misplace. May I suggest you contact your seller and try to have an arrangement with him.

3. Oh by the way, China Post does not answer any E Mail.

China post does not answer any email ? but if you need help what you should do?
