I would like to know my item (RI098083832CN) takes very long time is there any problem ?

Also the Item number (RJ107006941CN) the status remain (Export Security Scan ) for more than two weeks

The official post office in my country (Lebanon) told me by email that they still didn't reach Lebanon.

both parcels were shipped from Beijing which is experiencing some delay since early Aug. You can not do anything but waiting another one or two weeks.

But is that means they still didn't leave Beijing?
and if they left why they didn't appear in my country post office?

I still didn't receive the product of Track No. RI098083832CN , what is the problem? i call my country post office and they say it still didn't reach Lebanon. DO i have to open dispute?

you should open dispute before protection date expires.
