seller is cheating. if parcel is in customs, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show some location information, not the message "china post has not received the parcel" .

if the parcel was shipped, it will show in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php within 48 hours,NOT 10 days.

you can open dispute and claim refund. if seller does not response, escalate the dispute.

The seller is responding she is saying its a machine so its taking time but told asked her as to why its still not showing on the tracker at least the location she said she will check with the shipping company and reply back.

EM152203222IN is now in Yiwu. ask your receiver to call china post EMS 11183 and arrange pickup.

Respected Sir,

Sir the person which i have send the courier is his court warrant he will definitely not come to receive it so kindly help me out that please drop me a mail that the person is not came to receive the courier. that mail i can show in the court that the person is not willing to take the warrant and please do try one more time to handover my courier to the person addressed, or give me a proper reason why my courier is unsuccessful.
