Post Status unavailable in China Post

Hi Admin,

I received a tracking number RI301928775CN from my seller from China. this parcel is from China to India (Chennai). I was given this number on Jan 19th 2015, when i tried to check the status, it does not show anything, instead it says parcel not received by China Post. Could you please help me to track this parcel or give me an update on the status. Also let me know if this is a real tracking number

The current status of the parcel shows:

RI301928775CN 2015 Arrived Import Customs INCCUA India 20150227 1650
RI301928775CN 2015 Leaving Import Customs INCCUA India 20150227 1809

Could you please let me know the status.

Hi Admin,
The current status of my Parcel (RI301928775CN) is
3/16/2015 3:35:09 PM INDIA Ranchi Medical College S.O Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

When i checked my local office they say it is addressed to Ranchi but it should reach Chennai. Is there a possibility to find what is the address on this Package.

You can not find the address in the parcel. I believe the seller might have made the mistake. open dispute and claim refund.
