Hi everyone,i had ordered a tablet pc, the sender mailed it on 2nd may 2015 by Swiss post from China and my parcel goes to germany, now it's departed from Germany and then it's not updating now, i can't understand why they goes to germany from hongkong.. My tracking number is RW881503299CH.. Please help anyone.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_swisspost.php shows the parcel just arrived Switzerland, it should arrive Germany in one week.

Then after Germany, it will arrive india or what? So how many days it will take to arrive in India? And one thing i want to know why the parcel goes to Switzerland and Germany as the parcel is meant to deliver at india

the parcel was shipped with Swiss Post not china post. So it will go to Switzerland first then to India. It seems that Swiss Post redirected the parcel to Germany instead of India. I don't think you can get this order anymore. You might need to contact seller and ask him to ship you another order. If seller does not response, open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

i ordered from tinydeal.com, they told me to wait for some days it will surely delivers to me....but i had claim a refund with paypal,and paypal is investigating the claim...please what may be the outcome from paypal

hello could you help check my status of my item? tracking id is RF033232118CN. i checked just now it stated on 17/05/2015 my item is at Guangzhou Transit Station custom scan. it was been there since last week til now the status have not updated. is this thing normal? or the item is lost? can you help me check whats going? any information? i am worried.

status stuck in customs within 3 to 4 weeks are all normal. your parcel is in normal time frame, no need worry too much.
