Hi,

I ordered 2 parcels from AliExpress.com and these are the tracking IDs:
RF028591696CN
RF028284024CN

The first one is somewhere in India. It says it is delivered to "CRC BANGLORE STG TD"
They called me, and then I told them where to come. Next thing I know... they say it is sent back to Kolkata.

Could you please help me with their Contact #, so I can get to know what happened? I need this urgently.

With the second delivery, they say

4/30/2015 7:22:00 PM China 518103 Receive item from customer (Otb) unknown unknown

What does this mean?

Please help me here.

the first one was delivered by India Post. If you have not got the parcel, contact India Post or open dispute and claim refund from aliexpress.

The 2nd parcel has not arrived India yet.
