Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please see if you can track my letter mailed on November 15th from Beijing, China. It's going to United States.

The tracking number is RC852595046CN. It's status hasn't changed in 10 days. I've mailed many things to the same address and they usually leave the country after 3-4 days. I appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

Can you please help me locate this item?UH001952484US Sent from California on December 2. Thank you so much.

status changing might take about 2 weeks, if no battery item inside, the parcel RC852595046CN status is normal.
