Hi

I am from India and purchased more than 100 items from different Chinese sellers from ebay. Never ever I faced any problem. Recently I ordered one stuff and the item is stuck in the same status for the last one month.

From 26th Feb it is showing -

Exchange Bureau in Suzhou, left, next stop "Beijing airport"

I messaged the seller and requested him to inquire, but he just informed that the item is still in transit state.

I also called the China post hotline number, as reported here -

But it says it's a wrong number.

Can anybody please help me out?

RK186599989CN should be lost during transit from Suzhou to Beijing. You should open dispute.
