My shipment location hasn't changed since 3rd August. Should I consider the parcel lost or should I wait for it some more? Please help.

not necessarily lost. But it might be seriously delayed. If your protection date is coming, you'd better open a dispute and claim refund.

Ok. The seller has credited the same amount of points in my account. I can re-order. But I am going to wait till september end/october 1st week, incase my parcel arrives. If I don't get it by then, I'll reorder. Thank you for the help :)
