Hi Admin,

I would like to know about the actual status of my item tracking no RI121479315CN.Since,past 6 days its showing as "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" So,would like to know whether it has reached to Kolkata or in Transit or still in china?
And if at all its in Kolkata then how long it will take to reach me after custom clearance?

the parcel should be ok. parcel should be still in Beijing.normally it will wait about 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to Kalkota.

Hi Admin,

But why they have mentioned that "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" and I contact with seller also and he told me its being sent .....patiently wait for 20-30 days.
Last year, I ordered one Set-Top-Box from dx.com via Singapore Post and it took 30days to reach me in perfect condition.So,this one I guess will also take that much of time I think.Are they following the same route for coming to India...China Post,Singapore Post,Hongkong Post ??? Any Idea??

the parcel was shipped by China Post from Beijing to Kalkota. Arrival time should be from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the flight space situation and the customs clearance speed.
