I have two parcels sent almost same time. I already received the other parcel but this parcel RI059751407CN isn't moving. What happened China Post? It's just a rubber case, that's all!! Please tell me what happened to this.

RI059751407CN was just shipped 10 days ago. normally it will take about 3 to 5 weeks to reach Philippines. tracking status and location might not change during the time.

But why did I received my other parcel already? The time frame seemed to be inconsistent. I was expecting to receive RI059751407CN same time because it's been shipped same date. I'm just wondering what's the problem and the reason for a possible delay. Thanks!

china post parcels are not on first-come-first-out rule. it is very very common that the parcels of same day shipment arrive at different date. the arrival time gap can be over 4 weeks.

I also have a parcel that has gone through the same process and I still have not received it after almost 9 weeks. Tracking number is RG057631812CN

RG057631812CN was shipped 30 days ago. you can wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive.
