I have ordered one harmonica from aliexpress. It has been dispatched and showing status 10/28/2014 8:01:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE. When do I expect the item to be delivered at my address in Kolkata, India? Do I have to pay duty for the item (cost is $35)?

hello many parcels are stuck as well same as yours i think they will clear it first they need to clear at kolkata airport and get shipped to your next customs center.

hello karanir, i think the parcel will reach the customs center around 12- 13 nov most probably.
please do inform me about the custom duty charged.

i believe you still have plenty time to open dispute. wait two more weeks, if not arrive, then open dispute.

Only 10 days remaining purchase protection. Other parcel shipped from same airport on same date has been reached to kolkata customs....but this is not moving.. I don't know what to do...Please guide

Its 22 days it is showing the same status:
