status freeze for 2 to 6 weeks is normal for parcel to India. Most of the delay is in India customs and you can do nothing to push government officer to speed up customs processing.

if your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel. otherwise keep waiting.

I have ordered two different items from Aliexpress. Both of them show the same message when I tried to track them.

RC543988801CN.

Request you to let me know when can I except the delivery of the same.

3 weeks is not long. sometimes it might take up to 8 weeks to reach India. you need some patient.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows the parcel is held in India customs. you should contact India Post/India customs.
