Hi,

Thx for prompt answer.
It is not possible that items are 10 days in airplane...
This informations I can see also on tracking portals.
According to your information it can be still in China right ?
Where to get some additional information I guess from China Post or that is not possible ?
You are representative of China post ?

From domestic side I know who to mail/ping but from origin side I'm blind...

1. Both of your parcels has gone out of China, now they might be doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

2. The parcels might already be in your country right now, but they did not get scan yet.

3. China post does not have additional information about your parcels. As soon as parcel leave China no more tracking is done to the parcel except when they arrive in the destination country.

4. I don't work for China Post and I don't live in China.

5. When parcels arrive in your country it goes into what they call an Inbound Warehouse (Customs). From there your Post Office needs to scan parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. Then give it to Customs for clearance and then back to the Post office for delivery.

6. If you can not wait anymore for your parcel then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

Hope this help.

1. Maybe you should look at this for your country Bulgaria:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. Last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-18 23:14
Beijing airport and left

3. Now it's up to Bulgaria Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it. After gives it to Customs for clearance.

Thanks.

Thank you for your assistance! I will just wait for a few more days and if it doesn't arrive I will inform the merchant.

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.04060219805 tracking result
2016-11-12 08:53:42.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-11-13 21:12:24.0 Guangzhou parcel process center received
2016-11-14 00:26:00.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2016-11-14 02:15:11.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

2. The above parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and has limited tracking.

3. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days. Your National Post Office will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter.

4. To find out if your parcel made it through the Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan, you need to contact your seller so he can call China Post Hot Line 11185.

5. Like I said earlier, your parcel has limited tracking so no more tracking for your parcel.

Thanks.

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2017-01-08 22:22 Beijing airport and left

2. Now what need to happen is Croatia Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just keep tracking your parcel on the Croatia Post site for any new movement.

4. Your parcel should have arrive in your country by now.

Thanks.
