Hi
My parcel RC543988801CN is stuck at "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" since 3rd Mar.
I have made few calls to India Post office and every time they say it has not been received yet .

Please help me track this. My purchase protection over Aliexpress will end in 3 weeks time. Now I am wondering do I really wait now that long when it has not moved in last 1 month? This has happened to me first time when item stuck for more than 1 month with no update. I am a frequent buyer at Aliexpress.

The parcel is in India post office. If they don't cooperate with you, the only thing you can do is to open a dispute to aliexpress.

From 15 may no update on my status its remain Send item abroad (EDI-received).
Please provide current status please.

the parcel should be in customs not released yet. the status freezing 2 to 4 weeks is still normal, no need worry.

Tracking number RI430685225CN shown the same status which mentioned on 20th april and 21st april.
What its mean why it shoen tje the same status again and again

if the status repeat again and again. it should be rejected by airline for safety or airline space problem. Wait one more week, and see if it has new status, if not ,open dispute for lost parcel.
