Hello, just wanna ask if when will my package arrive here?
It says that my package departed last dec 7... please update

RC283133467CN was just sent to airline warehouse. you should get it in about 2 to 5 weeks.

But since when I tracked it the update was departed
Already so I thought it would arrive earlier than
December 15th. I'm confused now. Can u make

Register airmail(which is your parcel service) delivery time is not as accurate as UPS,FEDEX. Actually, it is quite unpredictable.

You can see from this forum, two parcels sent from Beijing to Turkey on the same day from Beijing. One arrives within 10 days, another parcels takes over 50 days and still waiting for airline.

The reason is very complex, not easy to explain here in short words.

My suggestion is :

If you want buy item with reliable shipment, please ask your seller to use ePacket instead of regular airmail. it is a little more expensive but much more reliable and faster.

It shipped thru china post so I kinda lost and
Confused. But last time you said my package
Will arrive by December 15th here in Philippines. I don't get it?

Dec 15 is also an estimated arrival date base on our experience. Actual arrival date could be earlier ,could be later depending on many situations such as airline space availability, government customs clearance time, your local postal system efficiency etc.
