My product with tracking ID RJ803308866CN is stuck since last 14 days without any update.
Its last status says,
2016.09.12 16:30 (GMT-7): 【China】Send item abroad (EDI-received),Air,KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Can anyone give me any phone number to contact?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. The parcel is not into the China Post mail system.

2. You should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel because you can not track it.

Same for my tracking number as well. Seems lots of parcels are getting stuck with china post registered air mail which was not the case earlier!

It should have but then EDI should have been shown received for India & not China.

I believe that it never reached India & now Lost.. :(

This is the first time my tracked shipment with China Post Registered Air Mail is lost... 😡

Agreed, same for me. First time experience my parcel being stuck with China post registered air mail.
