Please help with my Order RE034102794CN, its since 12 March 2020, and there is no update from 24 March 2020, and then it says Tracking Number Expired

It is more than 3 month since China Post received the package and no update after Mar. 24. There is some possibility the package may still arrive, but higher possibility it might have been lost. It is wise for you to ask for an extension if your buyer protection is running out soon, or open dispute to claim refund
