My parcel has been stuck in "Security Scan" for 15 days
could you please inform me what is the problem?
My tracking No is RI212154906CN

now is rush season. stuck in one location within 30 days is quite common.

i've had an another order with tracking No RI261383746CN, this order was made just one day earlier and it has been delivered to me on time. but i think different cities have different waiting lists, the origin of order RI261383746CN was Shenzhen then it went to Beijing and then was sent to destination. the origin of delayed one is Dongguan, then it went to Guangzhou and been stuck there since. well i guess Guangzhou's waiting list is more crowded. is that the case?

it is very common that different airport has different shipping speed.
