is going to Shenzen, has been there since 04 september 2014, no delivery yet

can you check what is wrong?

the parcel should have some delivery problem. you should ask receiver call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.

receiver ignores me ... i bought a phone but it had issues so i sent it back to get a new one

you should report this to ebay/aliexpress and ask refund.
