my tracking number is RJ005374472CN ...i am getting null pek status from last 10 days...how long time would it take to reach me....i am from india, gujarat. 9 days left for ali delivery,....how long should i wait or open dispute...kindly help...

shipping to India might take about 4 to 6 weeks. you need some patient. your buyer protection deadline is 60 days from payment, no need open dispute at this moment.
