Since 19-Feb-2017 the pascel no.RF553362478CN stuck on GUANGZHOU post?

18-Feb-2017 16:51 Received by Post Office 51001020
19-Feb-2017 11:33 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU

RF553362478CN Origin:CHINA Destination:THAILAND

Now 10-Mar-2017 the pascel still inactive????

RF553362478CN should have left China on Feb 19. You should get it in Thailand by mid of March. If not, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

I seem to have the same problem with the same destination (Thailand).

RS422878975CN

I have been using China Air Mail manymany times and I never get stuck at this status for so long. Now it has been almost 2 weeks That I don't get any furthur status update.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was shipped on Mar 01. the status is ok. sometimes status updating is slow, it does not necessarily mean your parcel has any problem.
