Hi
The parcel has been shipped on 16 july 2014 as per the tracking details however there is no update on the same since Aug 2, 2014. I have already contacted India Post but the parcel has not been received in India. Even the sender from china has no idea. Please help me with the tracking of the parcel.

the parcels shipped from Beijing to India during early Aug were all seriously delayed. China Post is still working on them. you might need wait another one or two weeks.

Hi

I hope that i would receive this parcel within 10 days because the address where it is supposed to be delivered will no longer valid for me. Could it possible for you to look into it and expedite the process.
That would be really very very helpful.

Why is my shipment with tracking number RL008026145CN no update since 19 agustus 2014 !
still with same status SENT TO AIRLINE 1

My order is also stuck in china from august 2.there is airline shortage in china. my seller said around 3 weeks ago that i have to wait for month to reach the order at destination. But its more than a month and i opened a dispute against seller and until now they didn't reply me. If they didn't reply in 3 days aliexpress will take action against seller and refund me full amount of money. So please open dispute if your tracking status didn't update from 2 august .And after you receive the money, again place the order because order placed in august is reaching fast than order placed in july.There was a massive airline cancellation in early august and there are many order stuck there therefore those orders are taking time to reach.

even my parcel is stuck since 1st AUgust should i raise a dispute and then re- order ...?
