1. Your parcel should have arrive in your country by now. I suspect your parcel was delayed like many other parcels because of the Holiday Season.

2. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. In worst case scenario, open a dispute.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Jordan Post site for any new movement.

4. Your parcel might be lost or misplace.

Hi Admin,

I have below information on my parel -

2017-01-25 19:28 India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Transfer from office of exchange (Inb), Air, BANGALORE TD STG
2017-01-25 16:11 India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Receive item at office of exchange (Inb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
2017-01-20 13:55 Taiwan (Province of China), TAIPEI INT AMF, Insert item into bag (Otb), Air
2017-01-19 10:59 Taiwan (Province of China), 400067, Receive item from customer (Otb), Air

The latest information shows that the parcel next stop is Bangalore TD STG. This information was 6 days ago. Has the parcel arrived in my city? I even looked up in 'India Post' website and the information over there is also same. My local post office location is Whitefield, Bangalore. I have tried calling the toll free no 1800 112 011 and they don't respond. Does it make sense for me to go to the Sub Foreign post office in Bangalore to check if they have it? Please help

Hello ,
Your package is on its way to banglore . Not yet recieved to your city . Wait patiently you can recieve it within 3-4 days .

But as per the tracking status it has left Kolkata on 25-01-2017 by Air. Isn't this the sufficient time to reach Bangalore? How long do I need to wait before opening a dispute with seller?

Hi my parcel tracking is struck from 50 days ... RS507694186CN can you tell me if i will recive it.
also second parcel of SUNYOU parcel SY10865217152 cannot be tracked say ISREAL, i stay in india.
its more than 20 days. and on ali it says left country on 17th.
the third parcel is of yunexpress YT1633608979266502. its has cleared mumbai india customs 2 months ago. have checked local postoffice also no parcel waiting.

Please Help
