Post No Shipping Information Available? Is it Fraud?

I have paid $179
I have recieved a shipping number but when i go to check status of the parcel it says "No information is available"
So if anyone knows about this kind of issue please help me regarding this

No shipping record or "No information is available" means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

is my tracking id. Issue is that I have put order a electric car from china to pakistan. I have paid $179.95 advance.
But yesterday my parcel received by China post totally fake. This parcel includes only Suit comb. Only $5. What is this please help me about this discrepancy.

your seller is a cheater. he shipped a cheap trash to get your money. this is a typical online shopping scam.

if you paid with paypal,open dispute against fraud.

I'm paid $179.95 by MCB ATM Card online payment. And 2nd problem is that, where I'm purchased parcel, this time the site is closed. Reference is under.
