Hello,
I purchased an item from Ebay.com on 28.09.2016 (seller from China) and the seller informed that the item has already entered my country on 2nd week of October 2016. The current status shows- SEND ITEM ABROAD (EDI RECEIVED); NEXT KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE as on 07.10.2016. But till now I have not received my item. Please advise.

1. Your parcel departed China:
2016-10-08 02:37
Beijing airport and left

2. It's up to KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE to scan your parcel to get it to Customs Office to be clear.

3. You might want to look at this for your country India:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

4. Your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it and track your parcel on the India Post site for any movement.
