Tracking number: RC512507473CN

My package has been in at the same place for over a month now (Since Jan 7 2014) and I am wondering if it is lost. The company I bought the product from isn't offering me any help other than telling me to "wait" and that it takes up to "20 days" to arrive from China. Now, they are no longer replying to my e-mails.

Here is what the tracking information says as of now:

I understand there was a holiday as I live in Asia myself... but this is ridiculous. I had 2 other orders come from China in the same time period no problem.

Is it lost? Is it stolen? What can I do? I paid through the company so I can't dispute the charges unless they answer my e-mails.

I already tracked it on there as well. There is no information about "estimated time" on that page. It's been saying "Export Security Scan"/"Opening" Since January 7th (which is over 40 days ago). I've contacted the company but they won't contact anyone to see why it won't leave customs. I just want to know if it's just waiting to depart Beijing or if the package is lost.

I have. The only thing I can figure out, according to the FAQ, is that the package probably failed a security scan and will be sent back to the shipper. However, the shipper said the shipment was never returned but also they claimed to have spoke to the shipping company but they won't tell me what was discussed.

I want to know what happened to my package, but the FAQ says China Post will only talk to the shipper.... as I said, the shipper isn't telling me anything.
