Hi,
Please kindly help me track and explain about what had happened to my package. Tracking number are RS370560756CN and RT907796433HK. RS370560756CN when I track the package had stucked at shenzhen since 29.12.16 and until now still haven't arrive Singapore. And the other one is stucked at Hong Kong since 4.1.17. I am worried that package lost on the way because I had already received another package (RS390398238CN) which I had ordered at the same time and also from the same site. Please kindly help me.

1. For your parcel RS370560756CN, the tracking is fine and your parcel is On Route/In Transit to Singapore. May I suggest you look at this for your country:

2. A note for you, when you compare one parcel to another parcel you should look at everything. The parcel RS390398238CN that you receive departed from Guangzhou not like parcel RS370560756CN which departed from Shenzhen.

3. Now for parcel RT907796433HK, this is what I found on the Hong Kong post site:
Delivery of Registered Air Mail to overseas destinations in 4 to 24 working days.
