Could you please help me? where is my package? this is the tracking no. CP304548215CN. I have been waiting for this package for nearly 2 month. Please please please let me know what's going on?

CP304548215CN is surface parcel for heavy item, it might take up to 6 months to arrive. status updating is also very very slow. it is very common for status freezing for a couple of months.

What is in customs-control warehouse mean?
I can't believe buying things from China is taking this long to ship. UPSP Parcel post from United States to Thailand is only take 2 months.

it is your seller's problem. he should ship the goods with airmail instead of surface mail. open dispute and claim refund asap.
