My order with tracking number RH106820956CN displays 'Sent to airline' since the 8th of Dec 2014. And from your responses to similar complaints, I noticed that it may get to its destination in 2-6 weeks. Unfortunately, by this time, buyer protection will have elapsed. Should I immediately open a dispute or what do you advise I do?

the parcel is delayed by rush season. you should open dispute now.

Open dispute now, then if you receive it soon, close it.

RG039073525CN my package is on NULL state since 12/06/2014. Target location Germany.
What does that mean?

Hello,
there is now sent to airline. Nothing more. From then on, I do not know what happened with the package.

sent to airline status will stuck for 3 to 6 weeks until the parcel arrives next airport with scanning service. you need some patient.

I've been reading the posts and realized that most of the answers is to open a dispute, when the time is about to finish, but what I want is to send me what I bought it if I wanted the money i had not made any purchase because 30 days with the order in the same place is a disgrace.

I understand your frustration. Most sellers will give you the option of refund or re-ship the item. I suggest just a bit more patience, maybe another week to see if it arrives before opening a dispute.
