it means your parcel might not arrive USA and you have to open dispute and claim refund from seller.

The tracking chart says this:

RO606072925CN 2014 NULL PEK RO 20141130 0330

How many days does it takes to arrive to Romania?

i believe the parcel will be very slow in this rush season. you have less than 50% chance to get it before Xmas holiday.
