Can you please update me the status of RN616018915CN. Bcz last 10 days status is not updating and item still in Beijing.

now is rush season. status no changing within 30 days is quite normal. you need some patient.

Hi item had been on status "sent to airline" since 9 Dec 2014. Today is 29 Dec 2014..already 20 days had passed but it still has not reach my country Singapore. Where is the item now?

RJ293760466CN should be in china. now is rush season, you need wait one or two more weeks.

Really this is too much. for a air mail have to wait more than one or two month is really useless.

Because most things are manufactured in China so they send a lot of packages. It's normal. If you want it fast, you have to use EMS or courier.

Good afternoon , I'm David merando , I'm waiting for news about an expedition through your company started on 21 /12/ 2014 and not yet delivered. when i tracking the shipment on your web portal table appears that says : " RI275796623CN 2014 Sent to Guangzhou Italy airline 2014/12/22 in 16:18 " but at the postal Italian the shipping code is not registered yet . I can get clarification about the shipment?
