now is rush season, stuck in customs warehouse within 4 weeks are quite normal, if your parcel has no banned item(battery, magnetic items etc), no need worry too much. they will arrive in Feb.

RI148183209CN should be delayed in some airport on the way from Guangzhou to UK. You should open dispute.
