Hi ,

My parcel is in Export Customs status for more than 6 days, Normally I see parcel moving to Sent to Airline next day itself. My tracking number is RI022011212CN. Please help.

Export Customs status stuck within 4 weeks are quite common. sometimes it will never change to sent to airline status even after you have received the goods.
