Can Anyone tell which post service issues tracking code like >>> RT278867195HK <<<

And second question is faspeed . com an original post service or fake , One of the seller sent me through faspeed which seems a fake web to me .

Please Answer these two question .

RT278867195HK < Seller told me he sent mei via Hong Kong Post , It was sent to me today by morning , I just want to know do hong kong post tracking code is in this pattern ?
