i just know it from Guangzhou as the following record , in Thailand i can't check. May i asked u ,is that possible tracking can change address, record of receiver?

RI435588591CN is china post parcel, RB917953805HK is hong kong post parcel.

you can not know receiver's address, no matter is Hong Kong Post or China Post. Post company does not record address in computer system, postman read the address manually and make delivery.
