Post I lost my package EE167924393ID

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Indonesian. At October 20th, 2014, I have sent a package to my friend at China. The tracking number is EE167924393ID. Until now my friend said that he has not receive it. Usually, it's only need about 7-10 days for it to arrive, but now it has been 15 days.

I have try to track it at China Post, it said that my package has arrived at Beijing at Oct 27th, 2014. But there is no progress after that.

Now, would you please help me with this ? Thank you for your attention.

EE167924393ID is in EMS Beijing office. ask receiver call 11183 and pickup from EMS.
